In 2025, the co-founder of nayt technologies, a proprietary trading firm from Singapore, connected with me in hopes of redesigning their digital presence to reflect their latest expertise while attracting new talents to their firm.
As a fast-growing trading firm with regional offices and talents across Singapore, Shanghai and more, they wanted a website that effectively communicates their expertise while keeping it minimal and light-weight.

Problem space
As a trading firm focused on a global presence, the website seeks to establish a credible online presence, while attracting and recruiting talented traders, developers and operational staff as the business scales. The challenge was to keep things minimal, yet still provide the firm with more control over its branding and image than just relying on social media platforms alone.
Recognizing this gap, we saw this as a massive opportunity to help nayt technologies stand out with a landing page that demonstrates their expertise and accessibility for future applicants and potential partnerships.
Solution
In comparison to the old website, the new design features a longer sitemap for the homepage by including a brief introduction about the firm, various core expertise and a dedicated form for either general enquiries or job applications with a upload document function all without leaving the website to an alternative job portal. The website also has a simple CMS system for the team to easily add, edit or manage new and expired job postings, and other important information as it is one of their main use case for this redesign.
Scalability
The team at nayt technologies had requested for a simpler website, keeping things simple and flexible. With a lean website design in mind, I wanted to help the team keep the design approach more focused on simplicity, cutting waste, and avoid unnecessary features on the website. Glad they were very happy with the result. Wishing nayt technologies all the best and grateful to work on this piece!
